Jiran Collective is a ministry in Dearborn, Mi. Led by Roauf Soliman, Jiran seeks to make Jesus’ love tangible to Arab Refugees and Immigrants by showing courageous compassion and facilitating transformational community.
The Marshall Prayer Room is a church-planting effort led by Matt Taylor in partnership with Mission Igniter and the Southern Michigan Conference of the Free Methodist Church. Its focus is on healing prayer and candid discussion of spiritual things.
Led by Justin Fast, Samara provides a place at the table unlike any other – a network of families bringing faith to life through cooperative living and Christian discipleship over delicious, sustainably-sourced meals made with indigenous Mid-Michigan ingredients (or takeout, on days like that). All meals are free to participants, who are encouraged to contribute to the meal in some way. They share communion (optional) during or after the meal, followed by a scripture reading and facilitated discussion to apply the reading to daily life.
The Jackson Free Methodist Church has commissioned Pastor Tim Flickinger along with an amazing team of individuals to reach marginalized neighborhoods in Jackson & Concord.
Journey of Faith Community, led by Kristyn Woodworth, is a community that discovers, grows, and shares their faith in Jesus Christ. They have a clothing pantry as well as a gathering at the
Michiana endeavors to establish a network of Micro churches that exist to cultivate biblical communities in everyday places for those far from God. Their goal is not to replace the local church but to extend it into the lives of those who would typically not attend a traditional church.
We believe the Free Methodist Church across the USA is on the cusp of significant multiplication. We believe the Church could once again be a multiplying movement like the church of Acts was, like the Methodist movement was, and the Global Church IS today! The need has never been greater, the soil rich for the seeds of an awakening movement. It is our privilege to have a front-row seat to see how God is birthing this movement.

Embracing a burgeoning relationship between Mission Igniter and Church Development Network, the Lord has graciously called me into training church planters who start new churches and new training centers! The last 11 years has been full of learning how to start new churches, and what it means for them to be healthy. The next 10 years I am dedicating myself to training new leaders and raising up new church planters.
