Research shows that coaching is essential to the success of starting new church expressions.  To that end, Mission Igniter has a team of trained and certified coaches who walk with planters to develop and implement a strong comprehensive plan for launching a new church.  Coaches meet with church planters regularly for the purpose of encouragement, prayer, goal setting, and accountability.

Mission Igniter is offering a Coach Certification training Nov 4-5 (Location TBA).  The certification training is designed to equip leaders to provide contextualized coaching in their own context.  This certification will provide leaders with the philosophy, skills, and practices they need to effectively coach leaders in their setting and/or planters to develop and implement a comprehensive church multiplication plan.  For more information, contact Derik Heumann.
