This cohort-based experience will include ten sessions that address the heart of a leader, leadership competencies, and developing and implementing ten essential church systems. These systems include worship, discipleship, outreach/evangelism, finance/stewardship, assimilation, preaching, leadership, small groups, communications, and strategic planning.

The cohort sessions will take place on the second Monday of every other month beginning on September 13th.
